Hi everyone, im new to the forum and hope someone can point me in the right direction.
Im after finding the oem firmware for my cameras CC-3387g2-L2SL, originally running firmware v5.8.4 build 250115.
It is a G6 platform. The cameras are meant to be equivalent to DS-2CD2387G2-L2SL but going by its model number it could be DS-2CD3387G2-L2SL but these are g5 platform.
Ive tried downloading a few firmwares and installing via tftp, ive managed to get v5.8.41_260401 for ds-2cd1383g2-liuf/sl but i am limited to 6mp instead of 8mp i had before.
Tried the following but camera wouldn't boot
IPCE_G6_EN_5.7.0_221221
V5.7.23_260320
Any help would be very much appreciated as seller has got back to me regarding the firmware
