Happened this morning just before 4 AM. I don't think it damaged the neighbor's fence. The car missed my LPR camera for that street by about a foot.

Nice capture-- too bad it missed the LPR cam. Did that stupidity wake you up?
With any luck numbnuts cut a tire, cracked a rim or boogered his alignment.

Yes, I woke up when I heard the skidding and thought I heard a crunch. I noted the time and went back to sleep.
