Cant Figure It Out - Blue Iris Alerts - Going Nuts

I have an iPhone and I usually get alerts in 5 seconds or less via Tailscale.
is there anything in tailscale app you can think of that would change that if nothing Bi was changed?
i had zerotier before but have been having some issues so wanted to switch to tailscale to see if issues are resolved, however the delay is insane, before it was about same, few seconds, now im waiting 15 20 25 30 seconds

Not that I can think of. Are you sure the issue isn't with your cellphone provider? For reference here's the ping results of my iPhone to my Tailscale ip address.

man i everything lately is just going wrong with...everything lol
i still have zero tier connected to my work stuff as i cant edit anything
when im at home, alerts are instant, no issues, i get alert with small image picture

i am trying to test with "tailscale" with home network
and getting boat load of issues

1. alerts are very low 15 20 25 30 seconds (going to same phone under same network that zerotier is instant on)
2. now BI at home getting some "key frame frame rate" errors i havent seen before (possibly its been there previously)
3. getting Subscription 8000FFFF error on my DB6l doorbell camera
4. alerts i receive dont display an image so i can quickly view instead of having to open each alert to see what alert is
