Cant click Calendar for playback DS-7732N-E4

Wondering if anyone came across this bug, I no longer can click the blue arrows on the calendar for playback.

The recordings are there as I can playback on the NVR itself without issues.

They are highlighted in blue indicating there are recordings but are no longer clickable to change the date and search.

How about if you select the camera first, which is backwards, but try it. If not, you may need to delete the active-x file from your program files, close the browser, and re log into the recorder. You will then be prompted to download the plug-ins. sometimes they don't download properly or become glitchy when you are logging into multiple recorders and downloading different plug-ins.
 
Thanks for your reply, finally got it resolved and thought I update the thread. somehow Javascript got disabled while messing with the security settings in the internet options > security tab. Placing the "internet" tab to default level solved the issue.
