Can't access Mini PTZ SD1A203T-GN on NVR

Recently picked up a Mini PTZ SD1A203T-GN from Andy. I can't seem to set it up on my NVR. The camera is added but I can't edit any of the settings from the web interface. I tried changing the password but it didn't work.

In my case I spoke with Andy ,and he had me connect directly to the camera without the NVR in between. I was able to get in and operate the camera.
