Cannot flip pciture on PTZ1A225U-IRA-N

Hey, I'm having trouble figuring out how to flip the picture. I thought the setting would be right under picture, but it's not. The View Angle Drop down has no options, it is stuck on Auto. Can anyone help me?

I helped my neighbor set his up a couple months ago, so I do not remember which area it was under, but it wasn't where I thought. Maybe under PTZ or system.

Excellent, thank you. It was under System > General > Install Mode
 
Glad you found it, I know we messed around with it a lot until we found it...totally not where you would expect or labeled as you would expect either LOL.

Did you have any audio issues? I can't seem to get anything but clicks and pops with the mic.
