Can this focus issue be fixed?

I've got a 5231 and the right side has serious focus issues. Wondering if this is something that can be remedied with software or if it can be fixed by taking it down and adjusting something. Pic below.

That is pretty drastic. Make sure the front of the camera is clean. Assuming that is a varifocal model, try getting into the web interface and using the autofocus button.

But chances are the lens or its mount is defective or wasn't assembled properly. You should take up the issue with whoever sold it to you.

Yeah got it from Andy. It’s been hanging for a while. I’ll try to clean first.

Cleaned it up and used autofocus button, looks maybe a bit better? I will check with Andy.

That does look better, makes me want to go out and clean mine, I've been putting it off.

Its a bit better but still blurry on the right side.
