Curious why thisis happens where when I'm looking at video a couple days old, only one camera shows up? I have to go into each individual camera to view, could swear I used to be able to watch video with all cameras showing in the past?
Can only see one camera at a time when looking at history?

You have the "Selected camera only" function enabled at the top of the clip list. It is a little double-circle (in BI 5) icon with the number "1" inside it, or square in BI 6.
