Cameras with Reliable PTZ Movement?

My current PTZ cameras drift over time.

I heard that it's because of the motor/design.

If I want to replace them with more reliable/precise ones, what shall I look for in the specs? And how much shall I expect to spend?

Amcrest. Not 100% but probably IP2M-841.

I haven’t experienced that with any of my Dahua PTZs from the $400 mini to an $1800 6 series
