Cameras with audio

Have a hikvision 32 channel nvr with 2 hikvison ip cameras with audio but having problems with low microphone volume levels, would like a suggestion from the pro's on a seperate or third party audio capture device ? any suggestions ?

I dont think there is a separate audio connection on that mini dome...
