camera settings greyed out and cannot add camera

This morning BI was working fine. I added a camera and looked at the cameras for a bit. The software froze and I had to stop it through Task Manager. Since then, Camera Settings is greyed out for each camera and I cannot add new cameras.

I am using an old version of BI (5.5.7.7). Is this a case where I have to uninstall completely and reinstall?

Any insight would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Did you reboot the computer to see if that helps?

Yes I did reboot and it changed nothing.

For the sake of it, I rebooted the computer again and this time, I got the Camera Settings back. Thanks for the tip Loone2ns!
