Camera Purchase - Unable to contact support

Hi All,

Im certain this is not the right forum for this, but I made a purchase on IP cams website on the 4'th, it still says processing, and I cant seem to get in touch with anyone from support.

Anyone else had this issue? Trying to figure out how I can move forward from this point.

Understood - I bought cameras though, I already have BI.

Has been awhile since contacting Blue Iris author. Isn't his name "mike" as well?
Last time he & I were in discussion, I asked him to have Blue Iris have it's own NTP server for keeping all the IP camera times in-sync and he asked 'why?' :)
