Hi. A few of my cameras (from Empiretech) are showing the model number as "IP camera" instead of the actual camera model. I've noticed that software would not import the proper configs from the manufacturers camera settings. I tried factory resetting these cameras, using Config Tool and the camera ip links but it is still not showing the actual camera models. What could be the issue?

Some of the models are hard-coded that way and nothing you can do to change it.
What do you mean by "importing proper configs" There are no proper configs and everything is dialed in to a particular field of view. I am not aware of a standard config file.
