I'm looking for some ideas to hide / disguise one of my cameras

I've got a couple of 'birdhouse' cams in the tree out front of our house:

i went with small cam modules with 16mm CS lens like so:

these are specifically to ID people walking up/down the sidewalk. I have AC power at the tree, but no ethernet,
and i didn't want to use wi-fi, thus the larger birdhouse has a PLA adapter and 5-port poe switch in it in addition to the cam,
so I can connect up to 3 more cams to it via slim PoE.

I should prbably take down the Xmas lights at some point...

Do you get birds peeking into your birdhouses for food and such?

only one bird has been confused so far, that i've noticed.
more people seem to notice, but it's interesting how many people don't...
