Bill of Rights...do Britains now have a better understanding of why Americans divorced ourselves of them? They might want to consider taking a page from our Constitution.
That country literally is toast.
I know it’s easy to brush off as gloom n doom but there truly is no saving Britain at this point. They’ve made their bed. They can’t scare up a set of balls between them and will do a lot of pearl clutching, but it’s too late. They sold their way of life for bread and circuses
Sad as much of my family tree originates in England and Whales in the 1600-1700s.

They voted for this and now it's time to reap what they've sowed. Similarities on our side of the Atlantic with the dumb voting for the nonsense we've seen for at least 40+ years.
Only thing that could save them is a military style coupe. But don't thing even the miltary have they have the numbers and lot of them are woke leftist.
Their best hope is if they really get invaded by Russia. When Russia launched their hypersonic IRBM at ukraine last year. I saw people over there tagging official russian government twitter handle about military sites or location that putin should attack but in reality those sites and locations where actually Muslim/Pakistan majority/leftist/ violance prone neighbourhood.

Though for different reasons, Britain is a preview of the totalitarian rule we'll be seeing here in the US soon.

Just the other day, i got plums run-over by an idiot on a high powered "electric" skateboard. Reported it to the police and apparently they have dealt with the culprit.
Hang on! I've just remembered that I have 5 children, perhaps I don't need to buy the replacements. Especially as I live in the UK, and don't need balls.

Do agree with your posts, regarding UK, it's a unpleasant place in many places. Lucky I'm far south in West Sussex and don't suffer to much crap! Indeed BBC, ITV, the local TV terrestrial broadcasting is very censored with what we are informed about. I just look at this thread to keep myself informed.

I don’t know if you can subscribe to X(twitter) but there are some good journalists there doing good reporting. And yes your media is even more censored than ours
