Bought 2 one-year Extended Maintenance Licenses but only received one key

I purchased 2 one-year extended maintenance licenses but only received one single key in the email I got after paying. This worked on one BI system but not a second one I have running. I have sent emails repeatedly to support and sales all to no avail, no answer. I need the second license I paid for. Anyone else having such trouble or tips on contacting Blue Iris?

This is now fully resolved. I received the original emails from blueirissoftware.com. One email with a license and one email that was a reciept. But what happened was when I emailed them back for the second yearly license the replies were rejected by my email server. Jennifer at BI was very gracious and used another email to get her answer to me. I am now hapily enjoying the really nice BI updates!
