Blue dot above text cursor and other strange things

Anyone notice a blue dot above the text cursor recently? It almost looks like MS snuck in an AI text editor to Edge. I also noticed rounded rectangular text balloons in the lower right-hand corner, sometimes with a rainbow outline and sometimes not. I have Copilot disabled in Edge

Was just curious if it was just me or if this is something new for Edge. I disabled Copilot early on, just wondering if the AI text editor is new and if there is a way to disable that as well

According to what I can find, it is Microsoft's AI powered text editor for Edge. If you click the blue dot it says: "Ask Edge to help me write". It is really annoying.
