BI will not start Service Issue

BI 6.0 installed and works fine any other newer version since then will not load and just waits for Service to Load. Reinstalled 6.0 and tried to turn off run as service then install latest 6.XX version and still will try to load service and not run. Any assistance appreciated. Emailed support a few days ago and never heard from them.

Did you look in the windows service manager to see if there is two Blue Iris services listed, perhaps the BI 5 Service did not get removed or is still running!

Thank you. I think that was an issue. I had renamed the old BI folders however there was still a path/ set to one.
