I'm currently running a BI 5.0 system with 14 Dhaua IPC-HFW81230E-ZE purchased from Andy. All are working fine, except one of them keeps going out of focus-- this happens every day, when it switches from day to night, it goes out of focus and stays out of focus until I switch it back. I've tried keeping it in daytime mode only, made sure the lens face was clean, manually turned off IR. The camera is running 2.640.0000006.0.R, Build Date: 2019-06-27 firmware. I've swapped the camera out with others in my system to see maybe if it was something funky with that location that was doing it, but no, it's only that camera, no matter where it is.

Any thoughts?
 
How does the firmware version compare with the working cameras? If they are the same then the camera is likely bad.
