BI 6 clean install. Can't drag cameras, is this interface correct?

Getting all kinds of advice about a pencil icon, etc. I can't move cameras around (I removed them in this screenshot). My controls are not on the right as so many things say they are - they are in the middle. Right-click doesn't have the menu items I expect. Is this the BI 6 interface?

i imported cameras from an old BI5 machine. should i recreate all of them from scratch or something?

What do you see if you click on the BI status (Gear Icon) and look on the camera tab, do you see any cameras? Is your old BI 5 install still on this PC or is it on a different PC?

You say that you deleted the cameras in this view - WHY, were you trying to change the position of them on the screen?

You should read the section in the help file the "?" icon at the top of the screen - "S C R E E N L AYO U T A N D F R A M E S" it explains how to move the cameras around!
