Built in AIAnything I will be missing out on with not going to BI6?
So no more codeproject? Is it stable and as reliable? I currently use CPAI on my old Reolink cameras that have not been upgraded to EmpireTech yet.Built in AI
Yes, the only downside BI does not support custom models like CodeProjectSo no more codeproject?
So far it looks to be stable and reliableIs it stable and as reliable?

Yes, also face
If you upgrade you can still use CodeProject
That's a bummer, I have custom models for USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc. Guess those go in the garbage bin with BI 6.Yes, the only downside BI does not support custom models like CodeProject

You can accomplish this by cloning your spotter cam, one for each location you want the PTZ to pan to. Then you can group the clone clips so that all cloned camera clips will be included with the master’s clips when the clips list is filtered by camera. Not sure when this functionality was implemented, but I think it's been around for awhile.Anything that includes reporting zone alerts yet? (i.e. spotter cam has 4 different triggers and want spotter cam to tell PTZ exactly which of four locations within the spotter's view to pan to).
I also use the delivery custom model and I don't want to be without it.That's a bummer, I have custom models for USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc. Guess those go in the garbage bin with BI 6.
My issue is that I have at least one model that I created using photos from past captures of USPS due to some more unique angles and lighting conditions due to camera placement. I did this because the delivery model that existed did not do a good job for USPS.I also use the delivery custom model and I don't want to be without it.
@MikeLud1 when will delivery custom model be available with BI 6?

Kind of disappointing to hear that BI 6 doesn't bring any new MAJOR feature enhancements over the dated DeepStack version I'm using that makes it a no brainer to upgrade. Or, maybe I missed the compelling reason since I haven't been following along. LOL.In your situation I wouldn't update until BI adds the custom models.

I would assume the long term plan is to keep adding AI capabilities to BI. But you can't run before you walk, or walk before you crawl. We are still in the crawling phase with BI having their own built in AI. That doesn't mean improvements aren't coming however.
Furthermore, I don't think Ken's decision to move to "v6" with the new AI features was wrong. That is a major milestone in the program's evolution, even if we are still in the crawling phase now. This way it is going to be super easy to keep the versions straight. V5 doesn't have built in AI, V6 does have built in AI.
