Best quite Mini PC for 10 4K 30fps cameras

Hi,
I'm using Dell OptiPlex 7050 for 5 cameras, and it's time to upgrade. both in quality and number of cameras.
I want to go with mini pc, it must be very quite, even on load...
Budget would be $2,000 tops including 4Tb drive and 32Gb memory.

I was thinking about running some AI on it to detect objects, so the new Intel H series are very interesting.
Anyone with a similar system has experience to share?

I'm currently running a Dell OptiPlex 7060 mini-PC, Core i7-8700 CPU, 32GB RAM, and over sixteen (16) cameras connected. These mini-PCs used to be inexpensive on eBay, but now are higher-priced. They do support higher-performance CPUs, so upgrading the CPU can be an option. Most people run 16GB RAM, with no real issues.
