Hoping it is okay to post this message about an alarm system, but I know there is a lot of expertise in this community!
So I decided to upgrade my alarm system and installed a Hikvision AX Hybrid Pro. I’ve migrated all wired sensors successfully, but I can’t get the panel to detect my Bus Tri-X Receiver (DS-PR501-HWE).
Wiring (current):

Also, there is a message (see screenshot attached) that “Enrollment mode is disabled.” I am logged in with an installer's account with full permissions activated.
Alternatively, I tried the ‘Scan Adding’ feature, however it doesn't recognise the receiver either—No devices found.
When I have the cover on the receiver, it constantly flashes ‘Green’—Find me mode.
Has anyone experienced these issues before?

Wiring (current):
- Receiver 12V+/12- → Panel AUX/COM (BUS terminals)
- Panel D+ → Receiver A (yellow)
- Panel D− → Receiver B (green) (assuming B = D−)
- Termination jumper enabled (this is the only BUS device)
Enrolment attempt:
- Quick Add Device → Device Enrol Mode
- Trigger tamper switch on the receiver
- Receiver never appears (dropdown shows “No data”)
