I am trying to get access to firmware for a security camera but it is locked to access by only authorized Honeywell installers. Are there any installers who have access to the Honeywell Web Tech system that can send me the file from the Honeywell database? It used to be accessible using mywebtech.honeywell.com but the site was shut down. I have only found this documentation. I need to update the firmware for a camera so that it can support fisheye dewarping with my Dahua NVR and fix a bug where the UI becomes unresponsive 10 minutes after starting up. I have a second camera that is the same model, but it shipped with the latest firmware. I don’t know anyone who has the firmware available nor can I find any online index. If anyone knows another way to obtain it please let me know. Camera model is HFD8GR1.
