Are Hot Pixels Fixable? How to?

Hi,

Have 2 PTZ set up. One is 3 months old, the other, around 3 weeks or so.

Same model.
Dahua - DH-SD6CE225DB-HNY
2MP 25x Startlight IR Network PTZ Camera
Powerful 25x optical zoom.
Starlight Technology.
Max. 25/30fps@2MP.
IR distance up to 250 m.
Deep-learning-based perimeter protection.
SMD 3.0.
PoE+.
IP67, IK10.

Every evening, even before IR mode switches on, but definitely as the sun begins to set, I start seeing these white pixels.
They are in the same spot every night.

My newer model after 3 weeks already is starting to show them too, but very faintly.

Is this dust or hot pixels? Is there any way to fix it?

It is talked about somewhere in a thread that they are not "hot pixels" in that sense, but rather they are overzealous pixels trying to deal with low light conditions.

It really became noticeable on the 4K/T camera and some firmware updates were issued to try to minimize the effect, but it is a by-product of pushing the firmware algorithm too hard and a few pixels go bright to try to deal with low light conditions.

Here is one of the threads talking about and someone found in their field of view that just changing the gain number impacted it.
