Doesn't have Starlight but seems to be decently priced,
It should be a Starlight. Has the same image sensor size (and megapixels) as the Starlight 4231/5231, plus the Starlight logo is on the page you linked to.

Look at the minimum illumination. That is what will tell you how well it will perform at night without basing it on marketing terminology.

Sorry, it took a little bit longer for me to test it and find convenient weather conditions for mounting and taking some snapshots with the cam. Iv'e been snowed under with work for the past four weeks.
