Anyone familiar with the Dahua NVRs?

I am trying to change the sub screen layout and I can't get it work. No matter what I choose, I still get 9 camera channel views. I changed the "Live Layout" to 4 and no effect.

Trying to get 4 camera channels, 3, 7, 8, 9 only

Have you tried to tick "Enable"?

The photos shown are Alarm Tour for main and sub monitor. These do not affect the split-screen layout.

The change the layout:
You either need to use the mouse connected to the NVR. Right click > Sub port. Now the mouse cursor has jumped to the other screen. Right click > Split-screen layout.
Right click again and "Main port" to move the mouse back over.


You can also use the HTTP GET API to change split screens on the monitors.

Have you tried to tick "Enable"?

That and you’ll have to go through and uncheck all the other drop down options for “1 and 9”
