Hi, I'm having a very annoying problem with my ANKE cameras connected via LAN (Ethernet cable) to my 4G modem with SIM.
I installed two cameras with 128GB Kingston SD cards, but since I installed them two years ago, I've had problems with remote viewing, even from the internal network with Wi-Fi connected to my phone. It might work for a month, and then I get the following error when watching live: Device stream timeout, check the device's network connection.
Or: The number of broadcast channels has exceeded the limit. Stop playing other channels on the device and try again.
I'm using the HikConnect app, not the Annke app, but I don't think that's the problem since they're the same.
I ran a speed test on the modem, which is very high. I have 50 Mbps download speed. I also changed my router because TPLink seemed to be having problems, and I installed a Huawei 4G SIM. Push messages stopped working. I also tried changing SIM providers, but nothing solved the problem.
I replaced the camera with a new one, but the problem is still there.
I noticed that these cameras have no problems when connected to an ADSL modem, and I don't understand why. They work in the cloud, so the public static IP shouldn't have anything to do with it. I attached a screenshot, and you can see that the camera isn't learning the external IP address.
Could there be interference on the Ethernet cable, since it's not shielded?
