Most all of Andy's cams are dahua models with his own firmware. He does this with the full blessing from the manufacturer.
In 2023, Andy changed the item numbers of his cameras Here is the link with a cross reference chart. In the first post, the 'Empire Tech model name' refers to the respective dahua model

It IS a Dahua camera with a different sticker
Op might be referring to US dahua model numbers. It’s always been a pain trying to compare cams and nvrs with all the ones everyone here uses; Andy’s dahua numbers are completely different from US for the exact same hardware.
There are generally 3 sets of model numbers for the same camera
- International
- US- though thats going away as they no longer have a US group
- Andy's Empire Tech numbers
