An outdoor ip cam that dost not leak

Can anyone tell me of a HD, 720. Outdoor IP cam that will last longer than a year befor it fills with rain water? I don't want to pay over $100. I have had a Wanscam, a Hootoo Cam and 2 Foscams that all leaked.
Any brand is fine as long BI can use it and it is not too much $

Thank you, I will look into this. Yea almost $400 with shipping, most were about $79 ish but your are right, you get what you pay for. On my way to EMPIRETECANDY now and thank you for the welcome. I here from Cam-it but I feel at home here
