I have the above camera as my latest and last probably camera for the exterior of my house. It is the 13th camera in my system. Occasionally I get a no video signal on this camera in Blue Iris. I can't see anything wrong in blue iris - cpu 21% Ram about 15% and disk is fine. I have left the camera web page open and I do not get any problems viewing on the camera web page, only in blue iris. The setup page after doing a find/inspect is this:
It happens fairly infrequently - maybe once every 30 minutes or so - I have never had a problem like this before in BI so I'm afraid I haven't got a lot of trouble shooting skills - I worked on networks professionally for 30 years so I know my network is solid and the fact that the camera web page feed doesn't have any problems when I see this drop out in BI certain points to BI - so just typing up this question - I now notice that there is no sub stream set - normally BI does this for me I think when I do a find/inspect - I have now set a main stream and sub stream to see if that makes any difference... does that sound like it could be the problem? Will take some time I guess before I know if it is fixed or not waiting - is there a log I can use for finding if the video signal drops like this? Thank you. Appreciate any advice. Bill
