Ya que ha probado las herramientas y el software SADP, pero sigo sin poder acceder al NVR para restablecerlo a la configuración predeterminada.

I'm not sure if you can help. But we have already tried calling/emailing the support. No official help arrived yet.

Hi everyone,
I'm in a similar situation to other users in this thread.

I recently purchased a second-hand Hikvision DS-7608NXI-K2/8P NVR, but unfortunately I don't have the administrator password or access to the previous owner's registered email address.
The device is correctly detected by SADP, and I can export the password reset XML file.
I've already contacted Hikvision technical support, but so far I haven't received any response.

@trempa92, or anyone else who might be able to help, would you kindly assist me with resetting the administrator password?

I'm happy to provide a photo of the device label and any reasonable proof of physical possession or ownership.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
