Alert Clips for deleted recordings?

For most of my cameras, if I select that camera and scroll to the bottom of Clips, there are some old Alerts for recordings that I would have expected to have been deleted a long time ago (based on the recording date).

If I try to play any of these old Alerts, I get "Unable to open file: 80004005".

I've verified these recordings aren't on the BI server anymore. Not sure why the Alert Clips for them are still around?

I've tried Database > Repair/Regenerate a few times (as well as Compact and Run maintenance), but the Alerts for recordings that no longer exist are still there.

Any other suggestions? I do have a support email open with BI, but it's not moving very fast.

are you storing high res images of alerts?

Looking through my cameras, none of them have the Record > Store alerts as hi-res files enabled, if that's the right place to be looking.
