Alert actions without adding to the alert list

I know my way around BI pretty well but I can't figure out how to do a specific config or if it's even possible. What I'd like to do is have a camera trigger so the alert actions fire, but not add the alert to the alert list. Is that possible? it seems any change to the trigger so it doen't add to the alerts list completely stops any alert/action firing.

Have you tried Trigger > When triggered > Add to alerts list = No?

Never mind... read too fast. I'd think that would do it. I thought that it used to work that way at least.

Camera settings > Trigger tab > Immediate actions

These actions cannot be filtered for AI objects.
