Accessing stored recordings

I have my clip set to 1 day and 50gb on the main ssd then it moves to stored on the E drive. How do I access these as anything older than a day is just black on the bar on the bottom.

something is setup incorrectly...post your clips and archiving settings for each folder and blue iris status clip (3 vertical lines on top left)..
can you see the files on the E drive? is the E drive an internal drive or usb/nas etc
