This was working on 5.9.9.73, before I updated yesterday.
The way I have it setup: An external webhook calls my custom server, which I then use to trigger an alert in BI for a particular camera. The initial alert has some generic text set to the memo field. Depending on some extra processing, I then have to update that alerts text with more specific info.
To do this, I use the "update" command. This command sets the memo text and also flags that alert.
With this version, the alert is flagged but the text is NOT updated. The alert's memo still retains the initial generic text.
The JSON payload sent:
{ cmd = "update", session = <session>, path = "@3379492045836032.bvr", memo = <new text>, flags = 2, mask = 582 }
Is this a known issue?

Notes after some additional testing:
- Running the update command on a random alert seems to work.
- Maybe worth mentioning that the initial generic text and the updated memo command run while the camera is still alerting.
- The issue seems to be that the updated memo is stomped when the alert ends with the original text.
