Are there any cams available equivalent to the dahua 5442 s3 series but with a speaker built in to allow two way audio?

Not equal in image quality*, but the 3449 PV-PRO series has a pretty good mic/speaker setup with true two way talk
* search around the forum you’ll find some reviews. It has its issues and because of an inadequate sensor it doesn’t have the image quality of the 5442 series, but it does have the audio features and onboard white LEDs that make it acceptable in certain scenes, especially if you can give it added external light

I know the AS version of the 5442 s3 has and audio out wire. Are there any production kits available to hookup a speaker for two way audio or is it more of a DIY thing?
I think DIY but haven’t attempted it myself.
