Hey folks! Making a specific thread here for posting your 3d printed hardware/ideas that relates to ip cameras and installations. I have been 3d printing various hardware for mounting doorbells and cameras over the years and I have also seen some other good ideas/prints around here in the past. Trying to keep it all in one thread. ?

Here is a couple useful Reolink video doorbell mounts I have found on the interwebs and printed/installed.

A current project in progress is designing a wall mount for a couple of my turret cameras. One cam is on vinyl siding so I am working on a profile for that. to sit flat against.

Using PETG filament as its good for outdoors UV resistance. Similar to printing PLA, Just hotter nozzle and bed temps.
I've been using PETG for all of my outside stuff, as well. I tried ASA, but failed miserably and gave up.

Curious on the cost of these prints. Not counting the cost of the printer of electricity, just the cost of the supplies. What does this mount cost you to print?

Would anyone be willing to make a small box for Colorvu Hikvision turret cameras? I think I could use a bunch of them!
I could make you something for a few dollars. would be best to make multiple mounts as shipping would be cheaper if combined into 1 package. Let me know the model number of camera and I will see what I can draw up.

Are you looking for a wall mount like what I made above or just the regular ceiling/soffit mount junction style ?
Basically a ceiling / soffit mount. The box Hikvision sells is so thick it’s unnecessary and makes it so bulky. The gland can’t fit behind the factory camera because it’s like 1/4 inch or less too short. A box that is half the thickness of that factory box would be amazing.

Hey I sketched up something for you this morning. Its 1.2 " inches thick. should work for your Hik cam. Not sure about cost of shipping from Canada? Our postal service is all messed up atm and UPS shipping is about $30 cdn to ship 4 mounts by regular parcel. Maybe you know someone with a printer and they can print it for you? If not Let me know and I will see what I can do. I will drop the STL file below to share with others. . Also the drawing is on www.Onshape.com publicly and can be modified to your liking. Its free to use via browser.

Edit. cant upload my file to this website???
