Andy I am having the same problem cecking out with the tickets I have had in the past. I cant check out with PP, nothing happens when I click check out with PP.

also I need a speed dome like the SD8X842FA-HNF . the sun arouns here kills standard domes in about 2 years. eith the dome turns yellow or the foam around the lense shrinks back and the Ir light washes out the video I have about 8 camera like that.

If they were mine and I had a problem with UV I might try to shield the cams with some form of a shield, an awning or at least a sheet of tinted translucent or transparent material of whatever sort. But if the problem is heat, the former is all I would offer.

@EMPIRETECANDY hey Andy, can you please share which of the 4mp & 8mp cameras can detect animals in the latest sale?
I noticed you put some red color notes in some of the S3 versions about animal detection. Im thinking out to about 100' detection would be great.
Are there any motion tracking cameras that support animal detection too?

Im looking to see what it will cost to replace some of my empiretech non-AI cams but need animal detection too.

If want longer distance detect can check the IPC-B55IR-Z4E s3, 8-32MM Lens. It also have the animal detection fw on it too. But only on the bullet models, turret can't reach too far away.

also can use the thermal camera to watch the animals too, can reach very far away.

I have the 3.5 Turret and it can reach 200 feet no problem.

We had a herd of deer come through this morning, this is about 200 feet out from the CAM:

Today is black Friday, this year's sales have 4 days left till Monday.
Also we have big progress on the firmware of the IPC-T54PRO-AS IPC-T54PRO-ZE. New fw's working is very positive. Need more testing then we will invite more guys to test.

we have a real problem with bears.a man and his dog was attacked and killed by one, another neighbor got smacked in his head as he went to walk is dog and just 2 streets away a bear attacked a bull mastiff dragging him off the porch and eating him alive while his owners called 911. if that was my dog you would have heard a mag dump .

so what lense should I be looking for

IPC-T54IR-AS S3, YES have good upgrade, but can't say very big upgrade. The best model for the pure IR camera.
