2.8 PTZ

Thanks for the images. I need to convice him to spend more than $200.

The arm doesn’t come with it? I thought I read that it was included.
You are correct. Does come with arm. Didn't see it under the packing.
FYI: does have HUMAN only auto-tracking (no doggies).
Does have the AI functions for IVS like tripwires, loitering, parking detection, etc for the 180. Looks like not possible for the PTZ though (could be... maybe I just do not see it).
This model does have audio speaker & mic so you can upload your specific .wav files (that's a good boy...yea...yea...)
Wonder if they have the TioC version with the red/blue LED's... hmm...

There has 2 180 degree ptz, 1 with 25x zoom, fast tracking speed compare to the 10X, 10X mostly use at some place need wide view and not need too big zoom, this kind of camera make no blind area, 2 cams in 1 machine.

10x we have the vichel tracking, special fw, if want this function can go to our website to download. V3.200.15OG000.0.R.250610.bin
25X both human and vichles tracking.

@Holbs thanks for your sharing, could you please send me a IR pic of the PTZ?

Remember... these images are factory default.
Usually would spend some time fine tuning a bunch of image parameters.

Your friend would p;robably be better off either with a fixed camera or a hyrbid camera such as the one Andy has suggested. The issue with a pure pTZ is if it's looking in the wrong place, it won't be triggered and he'll never see where the dogs went and PTZ's are notorious for tracking poorly or getting distracted watching something that you're not interested in whilst the thing you want to record goes un recorded. That's why many one here use a separate wide angle camera as a spotter camera. Andy's Hyrid camera would appear to alleviate this issue, although as said, you could do this with 2 separate cams as others have done and use one as an overview / spotter to capture what the ptz misses and also to cue the PTZ to areas of interst outside of it's current view.

@CCTVCam I have tried to convince him of multiple fixed cameras but he doesn’t like that approach. I sent him the images from @Holbs and he liked them. Have ordered one from Andy and will go from there.
Thanks for your input.

Thanks @bob2701 aha, the flag affects the pics at the full color. But IR one looks bit good. It's a nice small PTZ with wide 180 view
