First image is from july and second is current. I have cleaned the lenses, it appears to be something wrong. Any help Andy?

Looks like reflection from something that has been added somewhere in the area, even outside your property

Those could just be lens flare due to a bright light source casting light into the lens (the light source may be out of frame). To be sure, you'd need to set up a ladder in front of that cam and do some physical experimentation. If you shine a flashlight into the lenses and see dust spots, then they're dust spots. If you move the camera and the spots stay in a fixed position, then they're probably dust spots. If the white spots move as you aim the camera different directions, then they're just lens flare.

The solution to dust spots of course is to take the camera apart and blow it out with compressed air or something. Which sucks. Because it'll probably just happen again.

If it is lens flare then you need to shade the camera from whatever light sources are causing it.

Daytime image is crystal clear as well, which would have me leaning towards some other light source.

Thanks for the feedback

Good call. That could actually just be a spider web in front of the lenses so brushing it away might be all you need.]

Being so close it is just not in focus so it is only visible as big out of focus blobs at thicker spots or where light hits it from just the right angle to make it shine.

Or spider web ….
Yep, this is the time of year for massive spider webs. I take a broom to my cameras every other day. A lot of times the webs are so fine that you won't even see them until you get right next to the camera lens. The webs don't affect the image quality during the day, but once IR is turned on at night, the webs become apparent. (A major advantage to having off-camera lighting.)
