    A pickup truck driver and passenger dump tires below a neighbor's house. It was very dark at the time, but one of the cameras was still in color mode.

    Correct, supposedly, the city had drones launched from fire stations to patrol for these type of shows and dispatch the police. I don't think they were operating after midnight around here.
