    how can I get my camera alerts in my desktop back on all my cameras ?

    what I used to have what I now have on 6 cameras, no saved alerts for those cameras , I used to select alert view on camera and click on a camera and I could scroll through them by day and search through the time for an event and now that no longer works

    I initialized the new camera than changed the camera's IP in the camera's GUI. opened and close the camera in browser window than I add it to BI., when I search for it than add it and close the bi and reopen it I get the new IP on an existing camera and the new camera
