a) swap PoE ports on the switch and see if the problem follows the camera - if it still occurs on other PoE ports, it's most likely at the camera
b) get some high-quality RJ-45 plugs made for solid wire...

CP.ai is definitely re-writing the BVR files as MP4, but BI Server has no problems displaying them on the Windows Server. Stopping/restarting the server process had no impact. Next step is to uninstall and re-install the BI app on my iPhone, because I am definitely out of ideas. :banghead:
Nope, not a bit helpful, in the least. Something in BI is failing when attempting to serve the video to the iPhone app.
I wonder if CodeProject.AI is re-writing the BVR files as MP4 files and that's causing the issue?
