    I am still really hoping things are correctable with FW updates but we will see. In the meantime I remain in a holding pattern regarding my purchase and installation plans. I may ask Andy for the 10/28 update while I wait, just to get a feel for the difference.

    Considering your climate, would it be worthwhile to create a light silicone seal around all body, electrical and any other gaps leading to the inside of the cameras? It could be removed when needed.

    Yes, delete original line and create a new one. This works for me. My problem is that I can't reliably end a line when I want. I haven't been able to create and end a line in Global yet. (MacOS)

    No worries. I get that the background lighting is more of a byproduct of the cams in your setup. What I really want to see is how well a T54PRO does with one of your gators in the dark.:lol: edit: added original quote

    Ah, I wondered about the lighting in the background. Thanks. I'm running the DI10 illuminator. I may try a larger one but I'll wait until the firmware improvements are a bit more settled.
