@EMPIRETECANDY : Minor suggested documentation update and/or change in setting behavior. So during my daytime tests, I have set the NR (Noise Reduction) to 0 ... AND ... toggled 3D NR OFF ... which seemed redundant since the level is to set to zero anyway. Turns out that doesn't appear to be... -

Now that you mention it @EMPIRETECANDY, there is a blue shift in the histogram - the 1022FW shifts to the left compared to 0827FW. Again, the scene is different (bummer I don't have 'em side-by-side anymore) ... so it's not directly comparable. -

Here 'ya go - PNG's straight from the web interface - had to resave as JPEG's because the 2nd PNG would upload, but not "take" ... for reasons unknown, that seems to happen sometimes - they are almost 10MBytes! -

Yes, ZE is vari-focal ... both set at zoom=550 (on a scale of 0 to ~2,500) ... but as noted before, the focus numbers are not that close ... about 1640 & 1740 ... so make a slight difference in FOV. And yes, it's an overview camera as shown. Here's a comparison a little more than an hour... -

Thank you @EMPIRETECANDY for providing the software which I just applied and this updated the camera to "3.R, Build Date: 2025-10-22" ... so I guess we'll call it the "Andy 1022 FW" TL;DR is a routine update as all went fine and the camera is back-up and running and looks "normal" - will look... -

That IS a very difficult scene (even without Mrs. Bigredfish's hair in it to assess sharpness! ;-) with lots dynamic range, lotsa detail, and focus from near to far. Having you tried any HLC ... just do ONE ... as it seems to knock down the highlights more than you think it would. This... -

No wind this morning ... and not cloudy ... so enough light to run at 1msec (full iris, ZERO gain) and good that the two images looks pretty identical. There's quite a bit of dynamic range between the bright sun and shadows ... the camera is doing a decent job IMHO. There a separate/common... -

I don't if this is related to the orange cast issue that is being optimized, but FWIW here's what I see. I'm running with very slow shutter & high gain (don't ask!) with no added light and Auto WB ... and figured this was the camera making it's best guess as there is a variety of light sources... -

T54PRO-ZE wiring harness - lots of wires - believe 12V power OUT is new (and probably on other 2025 cams)
FYI FWIW that here's a picture of the wiring hardness from the T54PRO-ZE ... figured a searchable post might be handy for those down the road wondering who, like me, are not long-time expert installers like many here. I believe the other new cams have similar wiring ... and that the 12V power... -

So here's another good example of what I mean by the T54PRO-ZE applying some sort of Noise Reduction ... even though NR is ZERO. This was taken in the morning (you can see a bit of sun coming from the right) with the settings at 5 msec shutter (1/200s), ZERO Gain, 100 Iris, and ZERO 2D & 3D NR... -

Yea, ideally would be at the same height ... but not easily done without drilling more holes in the side of the house. Here's a GIF showing the two images ... and yes, they don't line up exactly (especially in the vertical which would be especially impossible), but I think the horizontal FOV is...
