    Well I can confirm that BI does get it's time from the Computer time, and it does require that the BI service be restarted for it to change in BI, so if your BI time is off then somehow your computer time is also off, that is my take on your issue!

    Interesting, I set my system time to a totally different time zone and the BI inserted time did not pick up the change, also changing the LAT/LON did change my sunset and sunrise times but did not change the time in the BI inserted time overlay! I wonder if I would need to restart BI for the...

    I presume that the account you normally login to windows with is an administrative user, do you use a password or does it start up directly to the desktop, are you logging into windows with a PIN or a Microsoft account?

    Asking specific questions in my estimation are better than asking for help setting up everything, I think people are more inclined to provide help when they see that the person is actively trying to do it themself and has just gotten stuck on some specific issue! Just my two cents!:)

    I have just installed 2 identical (IPC-T54IR-AS-2.8mm-S3) cameras; on my camera status tab, I see that one of them has port "553" after the ip and the other does not, they both work fine in BI, one also show the MAC and the other does not?? Here are the video setting screens for each camera...

    You could try switching to a local account and ditch the Microsoft login pin, it could be that the account that is starting the service has no authority until the login process is completed. Or perhaps just adding a local admin account that is used to start the service will also work!

    Have you tried to roll back to a prior version, if you can confirm that it works in a prior version you will have confirmed that it is not due to some other change on your system!

    That explains why I have not heard about it, I know next to nothing about Linux, with the exception of one PC that runs Linux-Mint with just a web browser on it, not sure if I am too old to learn Linux after working on MS Windows for my entire working life!

    Well I have not encountered this, now I am going to have to start checking my systems, to see if there is any gaps in the monitoring! I did not think that any of the windows updates required user input, kind of defeats the purpose of automatic updates!

    I have no idea; you could download an evaluation and try it! Does the 2019 server have a desktop experience add on, which it would probably need for the software to interact with the user, I have never used Server 2019, I retired from my computer job 25 years ago!
