    I suggest you contact Blue Iris support. In your affected Blue Iris V6, go to Blue Iris Settings > About tab. Click the Get support button and then choose Email Support. They should be able to help better than we can in this case.

    UI3 is just the web interface which is served by BI's embedded webserver. The webserver itself is not UI3. He did say right in the first post that video works fine in a web browser "but not the app". Which indicates to me that UI3 is fine, and it is the Blue Iris iOS app that is failing...

    I have no idea how the iOS app works internally but I would suspect a video encoder setup problem. I suggest going to your web server > advanced > Streaming 0 configure and reset that profile to defaults. Then in the iOS app make sure it is configured to use Streaming 0.

    I really have to wonder what their release process is, considering how often it comes out without any change log or notes. It could be a simple matter of their cloudflare proxy not having caching configured properly for the changelog URL too. But the smart money is on it being human error...

    Is it just zoomed in so you could pinch to zoom back out? I have noticed some issues with the default zoom level not appearing to stick when a browser is resized, which is essentially what happens when you rotate a phone. I never figured out the exact cause though.

    We don't really know when or how the issue occurred but I think it is almost certainly a consequence of running a buggy version of Blue Iris at some point. Thing is I personally run most BI releases at least briefly and it hasn't happened to me.

    I've emailed Blue Iris support about this to see if they'll consider detecting bad Size values and automating a fix. Perhaps in a future BI update this issue will stop affecting people.
