    Virtually every Annke camera has a sensor that's too small for the resolution. The only exception is the NC800, but that one is full color. To recognize license plates from 7 meters away, you need a focal length of at least 2.7–12 mm—and not a camera with a fixed 2.8mm lens. Nc500 is trash. 1/3...

    Yeah, you're right. The sensor is too small for the resolution; you can only detect a person from a distance of up to 4–5 meters. With this camera, you won't be able to read license plates from a distance of about 10 meters.
