    Lets say we have a nvr ( hikvision ) 32ch with 16 poe , all cameras are connected to built in poe ports of nvr( 16pc ) Does it make any difference connecting the lan port of nvr with 100 or 1000 mb??? When cameras are connected using poe switches then it could be good as i know.

    That wont work. The mentioned outdoor unit is not working standalone. And when you do what you wrote, then the LAST linkage will rule. so other 3 will not receive any call. You need an indoor unit in order to receive hik connect call.

    If ip camera does not show on bnc. Output. Try fw upgrade. I remember they added this later. To change bnc view go to configuration..live view...view. ( has to be set from tv or monitor NOT Internet explorer.
